Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills on behalf of itself, The Oakland County Hazardous Materials Response Team (OCHMRT) and the Oakland County Mutual Aid Box Alarm System #3201 (MABAS 3201) member Departments is accepting proposals from qualified medical providers, including for-profit health management and delivery companies, not-for-profit health delivery organizations, physicians, physician groups, health maintenance organizations and others to provide Medical Baseline Evaluation Services, ongoing Annual Medical Evaluation, Annual Medical and Respiratory Clearance, Post Incident Exposure Medical Screening, and Post Employment Monitoring.
It is the intent of the City of Rochester Hills and participating organizations to establish a contract with a qualified Health Care Provider, to provide various Medical Evaluation Services to the City of Rochester Hills Fire Department and participating organizations to coordinate all services with OCHMRT Medical Officer or a Team Leader.
