The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotes to provide the necessary materials for six (6) sanitary sewer manholes that need to be adjusted to a height above the floodplain. Three (3) manholes need to be adjusted by 18”, two (2) manholes need to be adjusted by 24” and one (1) manhole needs to be adjusted by 36”. As all equipment and materials required to make the appropriate adjustments need to be carried on foot, the City requires a lightweight high density Styrofoam manhole adjustment ring (grade ring).
