Dated November 4, 2014: The City of Rochester Hills is seeking statements of qualifications from firms experienced in park, environmental and natural playscape design to provide planning and design services for the development of Riverbend Park. Statement of Qualifications will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 or through MITN website until EXACTLY 3:00 P.M. Local time, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 2014, at which time and place said proposer’s names will be read. A non-mandatory, informational site visit will be conducted on November 13, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the project site located on the North Side of Hamlin Road, between Crooks Road and Adams Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309. Attendance is recommended and questions will be answered at that time. The purpose of this meeting is to provide interested firms with a chance to view the site and provide any background information which may be beneficial in preparing a submittal. The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes solicitation documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of solicitation documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain solicitation documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, select City Government, Departments, Purchasing and Vendor Registration to link to the MITN website.
