The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to provide and install Two (2) ADA Compliant Automatic Door Openers for City Hall Restroom Doors on the lower level (first floor) of City Hall located at 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309.

A Voluntary Pre-Proposal Site Visit has been scheduled for Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 10:00 am at the City of Rochester Hills City Hall located at 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309. While the meeting is not mandatory, it is the only available opportunity to have access to the site. Proposers will meet at the Purchasing counter located on the lower level.
