The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for a two-year blanket purchase order to cover inspection and repair services for the City’s in-ground lifts. All prices quoted must be firm for the full length of the blanket.
Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills, Department of Public Service, 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills.

Specifications: The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotes from qualified companies to perform repair services, including labor and parts, for the City’s in-ground lifts.
The City has six (6) in-ground lifts. All lifts are manufactured by Rotary Lift and require Rotary replacement parts. The successful company must be able to provide qualified inspection services as specified under OSHA guidelines at a minimum of once a year, including hydrostatic testing for the specified 75,000# lifts. The services will be performed at the City of Rochester Hills, Department of Public Services, 511 E. Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.
