Summary of Specifications:
Rain Tree Drive Rehabilitation - road is approx 4700 ft in length. The typical existing road cross section is 24 ft wide & consists of HMA & concrete sections. Work includes utility structure adjust/recondition/reconstruct; selective installation of edge drain; HMA & concrete pavement removal; placement of 6" HMA; placement of 6" of aggregate base materials; concrete curb & gutter installations; selective subgrade undercutting as directed by engineer; restoration & other misc items of work Rain Tree Pathway - involves constructing approx 5600 ft of 8' wide HMA pathway using 4" of HMA; 13 A (2 lifts) over 4" of 21AA agregate base; construction of ADA compliant pathway ramps; ditch restoration and related items of work. Project location varies from north to south side of Rain Tree Drive. Cumberland Hills/Eddington Farms Speed Hump - includes milling existing concrete pavement to accommodate HMA speed hump per City Standard Detail; concrete pavement removal and replacement; installation of Chevron pavement markings for speed humps, restoration and other miscellaneous items of work.
