ITB-RH-13-004 - ITB for Construction of Salt Storage Facility

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting bids to provide construction of a new salt storage facility. The project includes, but not limited to, excavation, concrete, framing, electrical, demolition and re-build of portions of the cold storage facility. The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of a qualified general contractor experienced in the project components to perform the construction services needed to complete this project in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. The contractor will be responsible for the hiring of all sub-trade contractors, the coordination of their work and the outcome of the project. The City anticipates the start of the project after City Council approval.
