Summary of Specifications:
Pathway Overlay: The scope of work for this project involves rehabilitation of 2.8 miles of 8 foot wide HMA pathway, cold milling thru drives and in select locations 1/2 of the pathway to achieve two percent max cross slope; utility structure adjust/recondition/reconstruct; HMA and concrete pavement removal; 1.5 inch HMA overlay, joint repair, concrete curb and gutter, ADA ramps at approaches, and related items of work. The locations are as follows: 1. Walton Blvd (N Side) from 220 ft E of Adams Rd to 30 ft W of Rochdale Dr (length=5,700' overlay) 2. Crooks (W Side) from 100 ft S of Avon Rd to 20 ft N of Reagan Dr (length=4,500' overlay) 3. John R (W Side) from 30 ft S of Avon Rd to 50 ft N of Hamlin Rd (Length=4,600' overlay) Pathway Construction: The scope of work for this project involves constructing approx 250 feet of 8 foot wide HMA pathway with 4 inch of HMA; 1.5 inches 5E03 over 2.5 inches HMA, 5E04 over 4 inch of 21AA Aggregate Base; removal of 6 trees, and related items of work. The location is as follows: 1. Pathway gap fronting 3645 W Tienken Rd.
