Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations for 24/7 hardware and software maintenance support on the City’s iSeries computer for a one (1) year term of December 9, 2016 to December 8, 2017. Rochester Hills has a 9405 Model 520 and the software group is P5. The serial number is 10-325DE and the customer number is 0684070.
Hardware maintenance support shall be 24-hours a day and seven days a week (24x7) on site for the following: 9405-520 and 6834-001 built in tape unit, software maintenance and 24x7 support line. Contract to include both telephone and on-site support.

Due to security risks associated with some file formats, the following file types are not able to be opened by the City: DOC, DOCM, DOT, XLS, XLSM, XLSB, XLT, PPT, PPTM, RTF. All of these formats can contain malicious code. The City is also not able to open ZIP files at this time. Alternatively you could convert these files to PDF.

Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Only the person designated above is authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their Quote. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to firms regarding their Quote from other persons are to be directed to the employee designated above for appropriate review and response.

Copies of quotation documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain quotation documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued.
