The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations for IBM hardware and software maintenance support (IW Service Feature 520 1X8325/27 and SWMA for i5 OS) on the City’s iSeries computer for a one (1) year term to expire on December 7, 2009. Rochester Hills has a 9405 Model 520 and the software group is P10. The serial number is 10-325DE and the customer number is 0684070. IBM Service Suite shall include IBM hardware maintenance, support shall be 24-hours a day and seven days a week (24x7) on site for the following: 9405-520 and 6834-001 built in tape unit, IBM software maintenance and 24x7 IBM support line. Contract to include both telephone and on-site support.
