Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified Contractors to provide a Maintenance Agreement that shall include parts and labor for one-year term from June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011 for one (1) HP 5500-42 Design Jet Plotter. The HP 5500 is approximately 6 1/2 years old. Estimated usage is 9,100 sq ft per year. The existing agreement for the jet plotter will expire on May 31, 2010. (Note: Parts and labor do not include consumable items such as: ink cartridges, print head and print head cleaner.)
