Summary of Specifications:
Dated January 14, 2014. The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from qualified companies to perform inspection and preventive maintenance on natural gas and diesel City Generators for a term to expire on December 31, 2014; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two (2) additional one year terms. The maintenance will consist of a minimum of two (2) visits per year from the date of contract, with the exception of one (1) site that only requires one (1) visit per year. All work will be performed at several City of Rochester Hills locations and shall include inspections. The purpose of this document is to ultimately enter into a contract with one or more qualified firms in order to provide the necessary services and meet City demands.
