Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a contract with a qualified professional to provide food and possibly activity concessions for the City‘s Festival of the Hills. The scope of coordination may be enhanced based on the qualifications of the selected contractor and the needs of the City. The 2008 Festival of the Hills Fireworks and Concert will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m. The City may wish to extend the 2008 contract with the selected vendor with an option to renew for the Festival of the Hills planned tentatively for Thursday, July 2, 2009 and Thursday, July 1, 2010.
