Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is interested in obtaining proposals for the furnishing and installing of an “American Industrial Terrachip Floor System” at two (2) City facilities. The successful proposer shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for the furnishing and installing of the flooring system. All work shall be performed in a professional, cost efficient and timely manner. The proposer shall be responsible for coordination of their work and the outcome of the project. It is the City’s objective to achieve a long-wearing, slip resistant floor. A walk through of the Rochester Hills City Offices and Earl E. Borden Park Maintenance Building areas will be held on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. starting at the Rochester Hills City Offices, located at 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan (south off of Avon Road, east of Livernois Road) for contractors to familiarize themselves with the conditions of the floors and adjoining areas to be coated and to obtain measurements. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to determine and provide all materials required and incorporate all such items in their cost proposal.
