Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations for a blanket purchase order for the purchase of Firefighters Boots utilized in structural firefighting by the City of Rochester Hills Fire Department personnel on an as-needed basis and as funds are appropriated for a period of three (3) years.
Unit prices are requested, FOB Destination, City of Rochester Hills, various locations, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on regular business days unless other arrangements have been made.
If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and, mail, fax or submit online, no later than the due date of Monday, May 1, 2017 @ 3:00 p.m. (EST). Only those person(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their quote proposals. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their quote proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made in writing on or before Monday, April 24, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the quotes are due.
