Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a contract to provide FIELD MARKING PAINT for usage by the City’s Parks Department. The paint will be purchased on an as needed basis. The City is interested in entering into a contract for three (3) years. Prices must be firm for term of the contract.

Only those persons designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their bid proposals. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their bid proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employees designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made on or before Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 12:00 noon (local time), in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the bids are opened. Inquires received after that date will not be considered.
Specifications: Companies are to bid on the following product as specified for the City’s Parks Department:
• White, latex Athletic Field Marking Paint • Packaging – 5 gallon pails; full pallet packaging • Vendor must be able to provide delivery within 2 –3 business days from receipt of order • It is preferred that the Vendor provide forklift or lift-gate delivery; not required
