Specifications/Scope of Work The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from vendors to vacuum light debris on soccer fields and ball diamonds, specifically small carton pieces - the fall down debris from the fireworks shells. Debris sizes are about ½ to 4 inches. Debris materials include carton, cloth and grass clippings dependent on equipment used. Pictures included of typical debris. The area to be cleaned is approximately 41 acres and will vary depending on weather and wind conditions the night before cleanup. Estimated time for clean up is 19 – 25 hours. Aerial photo of park provided with solicitation. The City has a dumpster for disposal of debris.
