Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a contract with one or more qualified firms to provide various turf products for usage by the City’s Department of Public Services. The turf products will be purchased on an as needed basis. The City is interested in entering into a contract for one (1) year. All pricing must be firm for one year. The items to be purchased are outlined in the specifications area of this quote document. These materials must be available to obtain in various amounts and at various times during the contract period. · Paper Hydro Seed Mulch o 50 Pound Bale · Fertilizer o 12-12-12 · Tacifier · Straw · Seed 50% Kentucky Bluegrass 25% Fescue 25% Rye Items are to be purchased on an as needed basis. The City does not stock these items and only makes purchases at time of usage. The City requires that all items be readily available at all times. Vendor should be located within a reasonable distance from the City offices so employees may pick up items as needed to be taken to various job sites. Reasonable is considered 15 miles.
