RFP-RH-13-056 - Fabricate Custome Entrance Gate Van Hoosen Cemetery

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is accepting proposals from qualified contractors to furnish/provide all equipment, materials, and labor to fabricate and install an Aluminum Custom Entrance Gate at Van Hoosen Cemetery. The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of a qualified contractor experienced in the application to perform the services needed to complete this project in a professional, cost-effective and timely manner. 

The City of Rochester Hills Facilities Division has provided specifications and requirements, which will assist in the procurement of the highest quality services possible to meet the requirements and needs of the City. Outlined within this information are the requirements governing the performance and qualifications of the contractor. The contractor should use this information as a guide to understanding the outcome of the project and the quality of work the City seeks. Recommendations by proposers are encouraged and will be reviewed and evaluated based on the best interests of the City. 

Proposers should note that a RFP is considered to be under evaluation from the Opening Date until contract award. The contracting officer is restricted from giving any information relative to the “progress” of the evaluation during this time, except as described in other areas of this RFP and as required to administer the evaluation process. Proposers will be notified by mail when an award is made and a notice posted on the MITN website.
