Dated, January 24, 2017: The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide exhibit design, fabrication and installation services for the Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division Office, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 until EXACTLY 3:00 P.M. Local time, Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at which time and place the names of proposers will be announced. A VOLUNTARY SITE VISIT MEETING will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm located at 1005 Van Hoosen Road, Rochester Hills, MI, for interested proposers to become familiar with the premises and the work to be performed. The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of bid documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bid documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN System are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, select City Government, Departments, Purchasing and Vendor Registration to link to the MITN website. Final proposal results will be posted on the MITN website after award. Any deviation from the specifications must be noted on the proposal.
