Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills, Michigan is requesting a RFP for Emergency Extrication Equipment to include two primary cutters, two primary spreaders, two electric power units, four primary cutter, secondary spreader combination tools, and four gas powered units. The City’s main objective is to purchase the primary cutters, spreaders and electric power units and if budget allows, will pursue the combination tools and gas units. This equipment will be utilized by the Fire Department for handling various types of emergency rescues.

Questions regarding the proposal must be made in writing prior to Tuesday, September 6, 2005 at 5:00p.m. at which time a response will be prepared and forwarded to all vendors.
