NOTICE Dated: August 25, 2010. The City of Rochester Hills is currently seeking sealed proposals from interested and qualified organizations for EMERGENCY CLOTHING SERVICE ADMINISTRATION UNDER THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT GUIDELINES for a one (1) year period. Sealed proposals will be received by City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website until 3:00 p.m., local time, September 21, 2010, at which time and place said proposals will be publicly opened and proposer’s names read aloud. Businesses owned by women or minorities are strongly encouraged to apply. Faxed submittals will not be accepted. Late submittals will not be accepted. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Only the person designated above is authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their proposal.
