Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms that provide emergency clothing services to low and moderate-income residents. The City of Rochester Hills is seeking an organization to provide management and personnel to adequately perform the services, which include the collection and distribution of donated items to qualified individuals. Sealed proposals will be received by City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website until 3:00 p.m., local time, September 9, 2009 at which time and place said proposals will be publicly opened and proposer’s names read aloud. Businesses owned by women or minorities are strongly encouraged to apply. The City prefers documents scanned and submitted online via the MITN website be in Adobe pdf format. Late submittals will not be accepted.
