The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations for providing labor and materials to repair the broken screen electronic projection screen. The screen currently installed is a Draper Envoy Model 15-23480. It is installed in the auditorium of City Hall located at 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. The Vendor will provide all necessary equipment, and competent, suitable and qualified personnel to perform the work required. The City is also requesting an optional price to replace the electric projection screen. See pricing form for additional information. A Voluntary Walk-Through will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. beginning at the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan to become familiar with the premises specified, to view the work area, measure if needed and to provide a forum for questions/answers. Contractor is responsible for all measurements when preparing his/her quotation. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to if any special materials required and incorporate any such items in his/her cost. The site visit may be the only time for vendors to view the location.
