This report, by law, is to contain certain “mandatory language” statements from the USEPA and the results of detected regulated constituents in the City’s drinking water. Overview The City is accepting quotations from qualified and experienced firms for a company to compose/design, print and mail the annual Water Quality Report: in accordance with the applicable rules found in the Michigan Safe Drinking Water Act 1976, Public Act 399, MCL 325.1001 to 325.1023.
