RFP-RH-08-047 - Design Build Services for Cemetery Chapel

Summary of Specifications:
This project will consist of design build services to prepare a complete set of design documents for permitting and construction and for the construction of the cemetery chapel. The final design will be developed with significant project stakeholder’s input. The entire design build process must provide for the complete design and construction of the required Cemetery Chapel project on a “turn-key” basis within the established project budget of $200,000.00.
