Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Copying and Bindery Services on an as-needed basis for a one (1) year period. The City may, at its option, extend the period of this agreement up to two (2) additional 1-year periods. The purpose of this document is to ultimately enter into a contract with one or more qualified firms in order to provide the necessary services and meet departmental demands.
