The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for a two (2) year blanket purchase order with a one (1) year option to renew for the purchase of Miscellaneous Tools and Hardware Products. Items will be purchased on an “as-needed” basis. All products must be contractor grade and quality.
Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307. All costs associated with shipping and delivery must be included in the unit cost.

Only those person(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their quote proposals. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their quotes from all other persons are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made on or before Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 11:00 AM EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the quotes are due. Inquires received after the specified date and time will not be considered.
As this quotation is being made available by electronic means, the vendor accepts full responsibility to ensure that no changes are made to the quotation documents. In the event of conflict between a version of the quotation submitted by vendor and the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division shall govern.
Purpose
The purpose and intent of this request for quotation is to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to provide a ready “as required” source for contractor quality products such as, tools and hardware.
Some products may be requested delivered to the City’s Department of Public Service Garage, located at 511 East Auburn Road. The City typically sends a representative to the selected vendor’s place of business to pick up items as needed, therefore it is requested that the chosen vendor be within a reasonable driving distance (reasonable is 15 miles) from the Rochester Hills Department of Public Service Garage, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI, 48307.
