Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified professional companies to perform on-call and scheduled Citywide Confidential Document Destruction Services onsite at various City buildings and sites for a period of three (3) years. Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website until 3:00 p.m. local time, on July 24, 2014, at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud. Please visit the City of Rochester Hills’ website at www.rochesterhills.org for Construction/Alerts and allow adequate time when delivering items to the City. Late proposals will not be accepted. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. All correspondence or inquires from interested firms regarding this proposal shall be directed to the attention of Keri J.
