The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified and experienced firms to perform Concrete Sidewalk Replacement for various City owned locations for a one (1) year term with up to two (2) 1-year renewal options to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion. The removal and replacement of the sidewalks is to be performed so that a safe path of travel for pedestrians is maintained. Contractor to furnish all labor, machinery, equipment, materials and supplies.
