The City of Rochester Hills Building Department is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide building plan review services for commercial and industrial projects in accordance with the State of Michigan construction codes for a 2-year term (2009 and 2010). ***** Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until 3:00 p.m. local time, on November 25, 2008, at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud. ***** All correspondence or inquires from interested firms regarding this proposal shall be directed to the attention of Marilyn Paulsen-Tomaszewski, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst, City of Rochester Hills, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, telephone 248.841.2539. All inquires shall be made in writing by November 11, 2008, at 11:00 a.m., in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the proposals are due, if such information would be of significance to uninformed proposers.
