The City of Rochester Hills is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide VENDING SERVICES. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division/Fiscal Team, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 until EXACTLY 3:00 p.m. local time, on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at which time and place the names of proposers will be publicly read aloud. The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes Request for Proposal (RFP) documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Vendors are encouraged to register as a vendor at the MITN website to ensure they receive addendum information, if such information is issued. THE CITY OF ROCHESTER HILLS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS. Any deviation from the specifications must be noted on the proposal. Project Description The City of Rochester Hills on behalf of themselves, the City of Farmington Hills and the Charter Township of West Bloomfield is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide vending and service as specified by the participating entities. Each entity has vending machines (beverages and/or snack food) in various facilities and Parks throughout their community. These machines accommodate employees and visitors to each facility. It is the intent of this proposal to maximize commission received and obtain the lowest product pricing available by aggregating quantities by participating cooperatively in this solicitation. The selected vendor(s) may offer these items and/or services to the City of Rochester Hills, the City of Farmington Hills, and Charter Township of West Bloomfield as well as, actively promote and extend their pricing to other MITN Purchasing Cooperative members.
