RFP-RH-08-015 - Clothing Apparel

Summary of Specifications:
It is the objective of the City to select one or more reputable firms to provide clothing for the City’s personnel and merchandising needs. All quantities listed are estimates. No guarantee is made as to the quantities, which will be purchased, or to any total contract dollar amount. Clothing will be purchased on an “As Needed” basis. Vendor must have in-stock availability of all sizes and types of garments listed in this proposal. Product and product numbers are listed where there is a desire for a specific quality of item. These are to be considered as examples only; we will accept similar quality items unless otherwise specified. Brand or Equal: If the vendor is proposing a brand(s) other than brand(s) specified, full detailed specifications, including but not limited to cloth type, construction, etc. must be submitted with proposal. The vendor must submit with their proposal a written return/exchange policy. Policy should indicate no charge for restocking returned/exchanged garments. The vendor must submit with their proposal a written warranty policy.
