Summary of Specifications:
City of Rochester Hills is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide a source for printing services for various City departments, on an as needed basis. The City is interested in entering into a contract for one (1) year, with three (3) one (1) year options to renew. The City of Rochester Hills shall review all proofs prior to printing. The purpose of this document is to ultimately select the services of a professional firm to provide the City of Rochester Hills with various printing services on an as needed basis. The City of Rochester Hills has provided specifications and requirements, which will assist in the procurement of the highest quality services possible to meet the requirements and needs of the City.
