Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors to provide Child Identification and DNA Kits with specialty printing for distribution by the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, Rochester Hills Substation. A sample of product must be provided with submitted quotation. Samples, if not destroyed in testing will, upon request, be returned at the proposer’s expense. A request for the return of samples must be made within ten days following opening of quotations. Each individual sample must be labeled with the vendor’s name. All questions shall be made in writing May 27, 2010, @ 11:30 a.m. in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be prepared before the quotations are opened. Questions are not to be directed to other City employees. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Vendors are required to supply with their quotation at least one (1) sample of each item listed on the cost proposal form from jobs previously produced.
