Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to provide a one (1) year service agreement for its Canon Microprinter 90 “Efficient” which includes a FS Controller 1 attachment; the existing Service Agreement expires on February 15, 2011. The Service Agreement shall be for a term commencing February 16, 2011 and expiring on February 16, 2012. Note: Service shall be performed on site at the City of Rochester Hills City Hall, Department of Public Services/Engineering, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, and shall include all labor, parts, unlimited preventive maintenance (PMs) and unlimited cleanings (excluding toner).
