Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills and Older Persons’ Commission requires YARD MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDED HOME CHORE PROGRAM – FALL 2006 AND SPRING 2007 for qualified residents 62 years of age and older and handicapped residents to the extent that CDBG funds are available.

There will be a Fall 2006 Cleanup and a Spring 2007 Cleanup. Services include a one time leaf removal and disposal, lawn cutting, lawn trimming and removal of debris on walkways and driveways in established yard and lawn areas.
