Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills and Older Persons’ Commission requires YARD MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDED HOME CHORE PROGRAM – FALL 2005 AND SPRING 2006 for qualified residents 62 years of age and older and handicapped residents to the extent that CDBG funds are available.

There will be a Fall 2005 Cleanup and a Spring 2006 Cleanup. Services include a one time leaf removal and disposal, lawn cutting, lawn trimming and removal of debris on walkways and driveways in established yard and lawn areas.

Questions regarding the proposal must be made in writing prior to Monday, July 11, 2005 @ 12:00 noon, at which time a response will be prepared and forwarded to all vendors as an amendment, or an addendum.
