Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations for qualified firms to complete the interior demolition and all designated site work as indicated in the drawings and specifications for the Borden Park Concessions Building Facility Improvements. The awarded contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and required trades as required to perform the work for appropriate ADA compliance of the Borden Park Restroom/Concession Building. A Mandatory Walk-Through will be held on October 9, 2012 @ 10:00 a.m. at Borden Park Office/Concession Building, 1100 East Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 to become familiar with the premises specified, to measure all areas, to become familiar with the work to be performed according to the contract and specifications and to provide a forum for questions/answers; the deadline for questions will be at the conclusion of the Mandatory Walk-Through. ATTENDANCE AT THE WALK-THROUGH IS MANDATORY IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A QUOTATION. Contractors not in attendance at the Walk-Through will NOT be eligible to quote on this project. Contractor is responsible for all measurements when preparing his/her quotation. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to determine quantities of any special materials required and incorporate any such items in his/her cost. The City reserves the right to split or abstract award.
