Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting sealed proposals to provide and install two (2) Outdoor Roller Hockey Rinks and supply and install Roller Hockey Floor Tile at Earl E. Borden Park. Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, (Lower Level) Rochester Hills, MI 48309, until EXACTLY 3:00 p.m. EST, Monday, July 27, 2015, at which time and place names of proposers will be publically read aloud. Borden Park is located at 1400 E. Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 and is open from 8:00 am to dusk. The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid/proposal documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of proposal documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. The first step to do business with the City is to become a registered vendor by visiting the City website at www.rochesterhills.org, click on City Government, Departments, Purchasing, Bid Opportunities and link to the MITN website. Final proposal results will be posted on the MITN website after award. Any deviation from the specifications must be noted on the proposal. Failure to complete every space on the specification form may disqualify the proposal.
