Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from qualified and experienced firms to provide and possibly install bollard covers at three of the City’s Fire Stations. The Vendor will provide all necessary equipment, and competent, suitable and qualified personnel to perform the work required. The City is also requesting an optional price of only providing the bollard covers. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and, mail, fax or submit online, no later than the due date of Wednesday, December 14, 2016 @ 4:00 p.m. All hardcopy (mailed, emailed or faxed) quotations shall be directed to the attention of Keri Bright, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst, Phone: 248.841.2538; Fax 248.608.8178, brightk@rochesterhills.org; City of Rochester Hills, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website. All questions regarding this quotation shall be directed to the attention of Keri Bright, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst, City of Rochester Hills, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, telephone 248.841.2538; fax 248.608.8178; brightk@rochesterhills.org . All questions shall be made in writing by Wednesday, December 7, 2016 @ 11:30 a.m. in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be prepared before the quotations are due. Questions are not to be directed to other City employees. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes quotation documents from the Purchasing Division or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of quotation documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain quotation documents from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN system are guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if such information is issued. Final quotation results will be posted on the MITN website after award.
