The City of Rochester Hills Fire Department is soliciting quotations for two types of Blackington Commendation bars for its members as listed below: All bars should have 2-pin back fasteners. The delivery time MUST be NO LATER than DECEMBER 4, 2008. The specification is for Blackington Commendation bars; no other brands will be accepted.
