SFQ-RH-10-004 - Bermad Valve parts

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations for a blanket purchase order for Bermad Valve Parts and Supplies for two years. Pricing must be firm for the term of the blanket. 

If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and fax back no later than the due date of: Wednesday, February 3, 2010. Purpose: The purpose and intent of this request for quotation is to establish a firm fixed price contract with a qualified Contractor to provide a ready “as required” source for Bermad parts.
