The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for a one-time purchase of a net replacement for the City’s exterior batting cage. Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills, Earl E. Specifications: Companies are to bid on the following product as specified. All batting cages are outdoor cages. One (1) Batting Cage Machine Protection Net: • 38’-4” x 6’ – 8” (see attached drawing). • 1-3/4” square mesh • #96 knotted nylon netting bound all-around with 5/16” twisted poly rope. • All weather black netting (UV protection, dyed and bonded and treated for weather) Twelve (12) 1LB tubes, #54 braided tire cord, tarred There are no grommets on the netting.
