Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is seeking proposals from qualified banking institutions to submit proposals to provide banking services as described herein. The objective is to identify the banking institution that can provide the most comprehensive services at the most competitive rates. The proposal has been divided into the following sections: 1. Financial Services Overview 2. General Banking Information 3. Depository and Collection Services 4. Treasury Management Services 5. Investment Services 6. Merchant Services 7. Purchasing Cards 8. Pricing Proposal It is the City of Rochester Hills’ intent to maintain most banking services with one bank. However, the City may also elect to award an agreement(s) to selected proposers of any combination of services.
