RFP-RH-07-034 - Avid Equipment

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is interested in obtaining proposals for the furnishing and installing Avid Equipment at the Rochester Hills City Offices, Channel 55/10. The successful proposer shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor necessary and place in working operation a complete system to providing editing capabilities, improve functionality over current system without need for additional training. All necessary equipment, materials, controls, connections, interfaces, etc. and all other equipment and materials are part of Contractor’s work. All work shall be performed in a professional, cost efficient and timely manner. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for the entire project including, but not limited to, coordination of all work and the outcome of the project. If needed, training of City staff (2 people) shall be included for the upgraded system. It is the City’s objective to obtain a reliable product to meet the Channel 55/10’s needs for years to come.
