The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for a one (1) year blanket purchase with two (2) additional one (1) year options to renew from qualified vendors to provide Auto Diagnostic Equipment and Mechanic’s Tools to the Department of Public Service Fleet Division. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and fax back no later than the due date of: Tuesday, November 26 at 3:00 p.m. EST. All questions and/or quotations should be directed to the attention of: Debbie Scully, Purchasing Analyst, Phone: 248.841.2539 Fax: 248.608.8178. Only those persons designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their quote proposals. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their quote from all other persons are to be directed to the City employee designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made on or before Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 5:00 PM EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the quotes are due. Inquires received after that date will not be considered. The purpose and intent of this request for quotation is to establish a firm fixed price contract with a qualified Contractor to provide a ready “as required” source for Auto Diagnostic Equipment and Mechanic’s Tools. The awarded vendor shall furnish Auto Diagnostic Equipment, software updates and mechanic’s tools to the City of Rochester Hills Fleet Division.
