Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified and experienced firms to provide repair and maintenance of the City of Rochester Hills Auditorium Multimedia System Equipment for a two (2) year period to expire on August 24, 2010; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for one (1) additional year. The project consists of the awarded vendor providing all parts, labor, supervision, expertise and equipment necessary to perform the required work. The City’s current contract expires on August 24, 2008. Maintenance and repairs shall be invoiced for time and materials based on each job as required to correct, repair or assist or install components, equipment, etc. The quotation contains a number of equipment and systems in place. ***** A Voluntary Walk-Through will be held on August 5, 2008 @ 1:00 p.m. beginning at the Purchasing Division, Rochester Hills Municipal Building, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309. ***** If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and mail or fax back no later than the due date of August 19, 2008 @ 5:00 p.m.
