Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified/licensed companies to establish a contract for Fire & Security Alarm Monitoring, Maintenance and Service at various buildings owned by the City for a period of one (1) year; the City reserves the right to exercise options to renew. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website until 3:00 p.m. local time, on May 14, 2015, at which time and place proposers names will be publicly read aloud. Faxed submittals and late submittals will not be accepted. Questions are to be directed to Keri J. Bright, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst at brightk@rochesterhills.org. All questions must be in writing and made prior to April 30, 2015 @ 11:30 a.m. at which time a response will be prepared and forwarded to all vendors as an amendment, or an addendum to the quotation, if such information would be of significance to uninformed vendors. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Vendors are specifically directed to not contact other City staff; unauthorized contact of any City Department employee may result in rejection of submittal. It shall be the proposer’s responsibility to make inquiry as to changes or addenda issued. All such changes or addenda shall become a part of the contract and all proposers shall be bound by such changes or addenda. Addendums will be posted on the MITN system.
