ITB-RH-11-052 - ADA Site Improvements at Fire Station #1 & Fire Station #4

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting bids to provide ADA site improvements at Fire Station #1 and Fire Station #4. The project includes, but not limited to, demolition and site clearing, excavation, concrete and asphalt paving, curb and gutter, drainage piping, railing and earthwork. The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of qualified general contractor experienced in the project components to perform the construction services needed to complete this project in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. The contractor will be responsible for the hiring of all sub-trade contractors, the coordination of their work and the outcome of the project. The City anticipates the start of the project upon approval of City Council with substantial completion of the project before November 15, 2011.
